Western Canada CD release tour, and festival season

During our Western Canada CD release tour, we played more than 30 shows over the course of 6 weeks, and across 4 provinces.  You know you're on tour when you start measuring distance in units of Provinces, rather than kilometres.  Check out these links to tour-related press:

We were thrilled with the reception we received across Western Canada, and we are grateful to all the promoters, hosts, fans, and friends who made this tour possible.

Festival Season is upon us, and both members of Tower of Song (Glenna Garramone and Oliver Swain)  have been busy with other projects throughout the summer.  Glenna made her official debut as the new keyboard player in Short Story Long, the band that accompanies spoken word artist Shane Koyczan, with a concert at The Banff Centre last week.  Oliver Swain has been rocking stages with his band Big Machine at Winnipeg Folk Fest, and Vancouver Folk Fest.  Tower of Song will be making a cameo appearance during Oliver Swain's Big Machine sets at the Calgary Folk Fest this weekend, and we'll be playing 2 full sets as Tower of Song at ArtsWells Festival of All Things Art, August 1-3.
